How we started
Born from a gap in professional education.
In 2009, our founder Dr. Margaret Holloway noticed something troubling: brilliant professionals were being passed over for promotions, international assignments, and leadership roles — not because of their skills, but because of their English.
She left her position at a major university to build something different. Not a language school for tourists or students, but a rigorous, career-focused program designed specifically for working adults who needed results fast.
